Tungsten carbide inserts
Carbide, (TC) means these are instruments with tungsten carbide inserts at the ends of the function. A significantly longer shelf life (up to 30 times) and good handling are the advantages of these inserts.
With prolonged use, no notches can form which can promote slippage of the needle.
The hands are gilded for identification.
